The Amiral Hotel offers a succulent, original breakfast ideal for a business breakfast or for simply enjoying breakfast with your family and friends. On the menu :
- Honey from the Chantenay hives,
- Compote, apple juice and organic jams sourced locally from Vertou,
- Fromage frais, yoghurt and chocolate mousse from the Grand Clos dairy in Pontchâteau.
- Surprising produce such as rose petal, jasmine and violet jams.

Quality produce sourced locally in the Loire Atlantique
The hotel adopts a sustainable development approach and environmental policy. You will not, therefore, find any form of packaging. The produce used for breakfast served in the hotel are never excessively packaged. They are simply served in small porcelaine dishes.
Breakfast is served from 7am to 10am (11:30 am at weekends). It can be served either in your room or in the dining room.
